Leaking A/C unit Has been fixed and is drying out. Mold appears to be fluffy and white. Slight odor from the A/C's return vents. 1400 Sq Ft home.

I have found what I believe is mold in an area where there used to be a sink in a bar area. Whoever took the sink out had left it with a drip and mold occured. I had a plumber clean it up, and now it is back aagain. My bedroom now has this closet in it and to me it is scary.

I am considering buying a house but I spent 10 minutes in the house the other day and I could smell the mold in the air and feel it in my lungs. There is a leaking outside shower and I believe the water is dripping into the crawl space below the house. If the mold can be completely removed, I want to buy the house. Not a residence, lower level of church, back hallway and walk out. Four rooms have an odor. There was an issue with leaking water a couple of years ago. Some of the cement blocks have a white powder on them. Not sure if it is mold or if there another problem.

mold in wall in bedroom. Needs to have drywall removed (partially or completely), mold remediation done and the wall will then need to be insulated and re-drywalled.

Have noticed a clump of mold/black powder outside our bedroom window. This week noticed a black powdery residue behind the floor board in our bedroom. House was flooded 4 1/2' in August 2007 but had clean up and make sure everything was dry and treated before enclosing. Would like a confirmation and an estimate that it is mold and how much it would cost to completely remove.
